What Youll Do
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish and English), you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming calls to our customer service lines.
Providing professional and efficient service assistance.
Completing necessary training and adhering to quality standards.
American travel agency that manages travel packages, focusing primarily on cruises and complementary packages (car rentals, hotels, etc.). The operation involves speaking with package sellers to review reservations sold or inquire about vendor commissions.
Who Were Looking For
We invite candidates from various professions who possess:
A minimum age of 18 years.
A High School Diploma.
Proficiency in English (B2+ level) coupled with fluency in Spanish.
Residency in Barranquilla.
Availability to work onsite at Carrera 67b 48-07 Pto Digital (barrio Modelo)
Colombian citizenship or a valid work permit.
Desired Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to communicate effectively, positively and clearly.
Strong customer service acumen and empathetic engagement.
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers through active listening and understanding.
Proficient PC skills and ability to multitask.
Detail-oriented with accurate data entry capabilities.
