We are looking for a Customer Service to join our team in Barranquilla.
This is an on-site position for a proactive, organized, and service-oriented professional who can handle both customer interactions and inventory management in our internal system.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update inventory records accurately in the system.
Communicate effectively with customers to handle inquiries and provide assistance.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service.
Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
English level: B2–C1 (required for daily communication).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience in inventory control, order tracking, or administrative coordination is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Availability to work in Barranquilla.
