About the Role
Were looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others. In this role, youll handle inbound calls and emails, providing support and resolving inquiries related to purchases and products. Your goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.
Location: Carrera 53 76 - 115, Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia
Work Mode: On-site
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, availability from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM (2 non-consecutive days off)
Hours: 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities
Professionally handle inbound calls and emails
Provide accurate support and resolve customer inquiries
Maintain detailed records and follow up on open cases

Requirements
1+ year of experience in customer service
English proficiency
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing scenarios
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
