We are looking for a Sales Lead to build and execute a world-class sales engine that will take Salvatech to the next stage of growth.

Role Overview:
As the Sales Lead, you will design and build Salvatechs sales machine from the ground up setting strategy, creating processes, and executing directly with clients. This role goes beyond management: you will be hands-on in prospecting, outreach, closing deals, and coaching a growing sales team. The right candidate is a builder, an executor, and a leader who thrives in a startup environment where speed, ownership, and results matter.

Responsibilities:
Build the sales engine: Create and implement scalable outbound and inbound processes, including tools, scripts, cadences, and reporting.
Direct outreach & execution: Perform cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting channels to generate pipeline and close deals.
Follow-up & tracking: Define and monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline performance to ensure consistent growth.
Train & lead: Recruit, train, and coach SDRs and AEs, building a high-performing sales culture.
Market expansion: Develop strategies to penetrate key markets (US, LATAM, global), with a focus on B2B partnerships and SMB/mid-market clients.
Data-driven execution: Optimize CRM usage, sales dashboards, and performance reporting.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with marketing, client success, and leadership to align messaging and ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements:
Proven experience selling into US/Canada markets or working with international B2B clients.
5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HR Tech, staffing, or recruitment services.
Hands-on closer with strong experience prospecting and closing deals, not just managing teams.
Builder mindset with a track record of creating scalable playbooks and revenue engines.
Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach daily.
Leadership skills: experience hiring, training, and motivating SDRs/AEs in high-growth environments.
Startup DNA: thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership settings.
Results-driven, skilled at implementing KPIs and hitting targets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound automation, and data analytics.
