Location: Barranquilla Celer Site Cra. 53 76-115 Schedule: Monday to Sunday | Availability between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. Hybrid modality (3 Home Office days + 2 on-site, depending on performance after training) Salary: 3M
Your Mission Will Be:
Handle customer requests via phone and chat
Provide support with purchases, orders, promotions, and technical issues
Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism
Accurately document each interaction in the system
Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to improve your performance
Adapt to different communication channels (phone, chat, email)
Youll Also Need:
Bilingual customer service experience (minimum 6 months)
Advanced English (B2+ or higher)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Positive attitude, punctuality, and commitment to KPIs
