Job description: Work shift as scheduled to place outbound calls to prospects for the purpose of selling timeshare tour-required promotional vacation packages. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core company values:

Responsabilities:
Remain available on the dialer during the scheduled shift.
Placing calls without a delay.
Remain helpful, courteous and professional while following the written script.
Have a strong understanding of the qualifications for participation and apply them to the prospect.
Have a strong knowledge of the destination, the resort and the promotional packages available.
Communicate to the prospect any financial consequences for failing to tour or not truly meeting qualifications as expressed. Complete vacation bookings in the system with speed and accuracy.
Follow through to get bookings verified and fix any verification issues immediately.
Meet minimum production and minimum conversion goals.
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Perform all duties as assigned.
Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:
Must possess the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers, other employees and management.
One year call center, server or retail experience.
