Campaign: Medical Records & Legal Support Heroes
Position: Post QME Admin
Location: On-site in Barranquilla, Colombia
Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM 8:00 PM PST (10:00 AM 10:00 PM COL) Exact shift to be confirmed
About the Role
Join a fast-paced legal support team where your attention to detail and organizational skills will make a real impact. As a Post QME Admin, youll be responsible for reviewing and managing medical documentation related to Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) cases. This role requires discretion, accuracy, and strong English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Review and organize medical documentation for QME cases
Ensure accuracy and completeness of records
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to support case workflows
Requirements & Qualifications
Language Skills
B2+ may be considered if adaptable and meets other key criteria
Education
Bachelors degree required
Preferred fields: Law, Administration, or related disciplines
Experience
Minimum 6 months in roles such as:
Medical Records
Legal Assistant
Personal Injury
Familiarity with basic workflows and responsibilities in these areas
Knowledge & Skills
Understanding of medical terminology and medical records is a strong plus
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
