About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting and Financial Analyst to support our finance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in QuickBooks Online, SQL, and Excel, with hands-on experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
•\tCustomer Communication: Respond to billing inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues professionally and promptly.
•\tAccounting Inbox Management: Monitor and manage the accounting email inbox, ensuring timely and accurate handling of requests.
•\tFinancial Reporting: Generate, analyze, and interpret financial reports to support business decision-making.
•\tBilling & Invoicing: Create and process invoices using billing applications, QuickBooks, and SQL queries; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
•\tAccounts Receivable: Record customer payments, perform reconciliations, and manage outstanding receivables.
•\tCollections: Issue collection notices, follow up on overdue accounts, and work to minimize delinquencies.
•\tProcess Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
•\tMonth-End Close Support: Assist with reconciliations, journal entries, and other tasks related to financial close.
Qualifications
•\tStrong written and verbal communication skills in English C1 (required - non-negotiable. If you don't have C1 please don't submit you application).
•\tBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
•\t1–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
•\tProficiency with QuickBooks Online (required - non-negotiable) and SQL (not required); Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
•\tStrong understanding of accounts receivable, billing, and collections processes.
•\tExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
•\tHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
•\tCPA, CMA, or other accounting certifications (Is a plus).
