Job Purpose: Design and facilitate Learning and Development experiences focused on each setter having the best day possible every day. This includes implementing strategic programs for Talent Management in line with business needs, optimizing processes such as Performance Management, creating and improving Development Programs and Tools that allow each employee to find the context conducive to learning, progressing and staying in business. the company while advancing their professional ambitions. Leads the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring the company attracts top-tier, diverse talent in a timely and efficient manner. This includes employer branding, sourcing strategy, recruitment operations, candidate experience, and workforce planning in partnership with business leaders.

Key Tasks:
Coordinate all processes and programs associated with Performance and Development Management for the entire company (Performance Evaluation, Identification of High Potentials, Succession Plans, Development Programs, job descriptions, etc.).
Plan and execute all actions associated with the companys Corporate Training Program, with follow up to CIS and CIM
Organize, develop and direct activities related to Employee Satisfaction (Internal Surveys, Great Place to Work, EOS, General Surveys, etc.)
Management of the HRBP Survey, from its application to the generation of action plans, based on the findings found.
Generation of Metrics for the Function.
Management of collaborators objectives, closing of the annual period at MTW
Manage and execute the areas Budget.
Manage Projects or Initiatives derived from business needs
Implement and manage talent acquisition strategies to accomplish business goals.
Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for all level roles, ensuring a high-quality, timely, and inclusive hiring experience.
Partner with business leaders and HR team to understand workforce needs and define effective sourcing strategies.
Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the market.
Oversee recruitment operations, including job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer management.
Implement data-driven recruitment practices and monitor KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health).
Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and platforms to optimize reach and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the hiring process.
Stakeholders:
Connect with and influence other specialist departments and leaders
May convince others to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches
Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DHL managers
Understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and advise direct reports, customers and key stakeholders
Provide technical guidance to line managers and employees

Management Responsibility:
Leader who may manage four or fewer employees
May direct the work of other higher-level professionals or manage processes and programs
Coach and review the work of lower and higher-level professionals 
Skill:
Talent Management, Talent acquisition, Performance Management, Training and Onboarding expertise, able to follow processes correctly, expert in Peoples and leaders development.
Language Requirements: Fluent English
Experience in Instructional Design and Learning Methodologies.
Demonstrated leadership ability to work in a matrix environment with senior management.
Strategic vision and ease of planning, execution and control of projects.
Ability to Manage Data-Based Information (Generation of Reports and Dashboard)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience Leading Talent acquisition Strategies and teams.
Competence to effectively build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Qualifications & Key Requirements:
Education Level: University degree in Human Resources or similar, preferably Masters degree
Experience Level: 6-8  years of proven experience in Talent Management and Talent Acquisition
