Profile: Customer service through messaging and emails

Training: On-site at Sutherland’s Torre Krystal – Carrera 7 #156-10.
Training and Nesting: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM three days a week, and 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM two days a week, for one month.
Operations: Hybrid model (Work at Home), with availability to attend on-site twice a month if required by operations – Sutherland Torre Krystal – Carrera 7 #156-10.
Schedule: 42 hours per week, Sunday to Sunday, between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM (your shift will be assigned within these hours on a rotating basis).
Days off: 2 consecutive days (which may change every 3 months).
Contract type: Indefinite term with all legal benefits.
Salary: 2,000,000 COP.
Transportation allowance: 200,000 COP per month (as per current legal standards).
Bonus: 400,000 COP (based on meeting operational metrics – not applicable during training).
Spotify Premium: Available after 3 months in operations.
