Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a professional who can bring expertise in foreign exchange, with a particular focus on LATAM currencies and/or inflationary economies, to help us strengthen our strategy and optimize our resources.
The Group Treasurer will be responsible for overseeing the Groups treasury & FX management, supporting the strategy to maximize results of the FX / cash management and mitigate risks.
He/She will also be the owner of group commercial relationships with banks and payment platforms to optimize conditions.
Key Responsibilities
FX Flows Mapping & Analysis:
Fully map the groups currency flows and the groups FX exposure in P/L
Determine currency exposure in the short, medium, and long term.
FX Risk Management:
Contribute to the definition and implementation of the Group FX risk policy.
Develop plans to minimize currency exposure
Negotiate, implement, and monitor FX hedges derived from the policy.
Treasury Management:
Help produce and document accurate cashflow forecasts.
Develop and maintain short- and long-term cashflow projections.
Optimize the use of cash across the Group.
Relationship with Financial Institutions:
Negotiate costs, terms, and services with banks and payment platforms.
Ensure efficiency and competitiveness in FX and treasury operations.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Masters or postgraduate degree in Finance or Treasury is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate treasury, FX management, or international treasury management.
Deep knowledge of financial hedging instruments and FX risk management.
Strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and results orientation.
Experience negotiating with banks and financial platforms.
Advanced English (mandatory).
