Hiltzik CPA is a growing U.S.-based accounting firm specializing in tax planning, bookkeeping, and CFO advisory services for small businesses and high-net-worth individuals. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Manager to help grow our client base through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert inbound and outbound leads using Close CRM
Identify and reach out to qualified prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email, and phone
Build and maintain a pipeline of business owners and decision-makers
Schedule and coordinate introductory sales calls with the CPA/Principal
Follow up consistently with leads using CRM sequences and automations
Track and report key sales metrics (lead response time, conversion rate, follow-up status)
Refine and improve outreach strategies based on performance data
Collaborate with the CPA to tailor pitches based on services (e.g., tax planning, CFO services, bookkeeping)
Requirements
Fluent English – written and spoken (mandatory)
2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a service-based or professional firm
Experience with Close CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound prospecting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written communication for email campaigns and follow-ups
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
Comfortable working independently and in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience selling to U.S.-based small businesses or professionals
Familiarity with U.S. accounting or financial services (a plus, not required)
Spanish-speaking (helpful, but not required)
Compensation
