Account Manager

Location: Remote - Columbia (U.S. hours, EST, Ontario, Canada)
Compensation: $2,800 USD/month

About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Account Manager for placement with a leading North American creative agency. This is not an entry-level job. We’re looking for someone who thrives in building client relationships, orchestrating resources, and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results on time and within budget.

You’ll support senior account leadership while serving as a day-to-day client contact, with a strong focus on CRM/email, digital/social campaigns, and in-branch collateral.

What You’ll Do:

- Act as the primary day-to-day liaison on a major financial services account, building strong, professional client relationships.
- Support the Account Director by coordinating resources and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
- Define objectives for client initiatives and manage internal/external teams to deliver against them.
- Lead presentations with senior client stakeholders, discussing creative concepts and campaign insights.
- Focus on CRM/email, direct mail, digital/social ad campaigns, and collateral.
- Ensure campaigns meet quality standards from brief through to final delivery.
- Support development of project estimates and manage them through completion.
- Review efficiency reports, flag issues, and support profitability tracking.
- Collaborate with strategy and account teams to deliver results-oriented programs.

What We’re Looking For:

- University degree and 2–3 years of relevant agency experience.
- Experience in email and direct mail is a plus.
- Solid understanding of digital and social campaigns and agency processes.
- Strong client-facing skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail; proactive self-starter who prioritizes well under pressure.
- Excellent listening, communication (written and verbal in English & Spanish), and client-service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Keynote knowledge is an asset.
