Important Educational Institution in Kennedy is looking for a bilingual School principal committed to Christian principles and values. We are seeking a leader with vision, integrity, and experience in the educational field, focused on excellence, who will promote holistic education for our students with a rigorous academic approach and a strong foundation in Christian values. Position Objective: The School principal will be responsible for the overall leadership of the institution, managing academic and administrative processes, ensuring educational quality, and fulfilling our mission, centered on the formation of integral and committed citizens. Main Responsibilities: *Manage educational quality, ensuring pedagogical and administrative objectives are met. *Design and implement strategic plans for institutional growth and strengthening. *Promote the holistic development of students based on Christian and ethical principles. *Represent the institution to authorities, organizations, and the community, aligning with our values. *Efficiently manage financial, human, and material resources. *Foster an inclusive and respectful environment for students, teachers, and staff. Requirements: *Postgraduate degree in education or related fields. *Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic leadership, preferably in a rector or educational director role. *Knowledge in educational management and continuous improvement. *Leadership, decision-making, and team management skills. *Advanced proficiency in English (B2 or higher). *Proactive, ethical, empathetic, and team-oriented attitude.
