About the Role
Were looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for potential clients. Youll gather case details, assess eligibility, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. If youre organized, empathetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
What Youll Do
Answer calls & respond to inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Conduct initial interviews and collect case details
Maintain accurate records in our case management system
Schedule consultations and coordinate with attorneys
Ensure documentation is complete and compliant
What Were Looking For
12 years in customer service, admin support, or legal intake
Strong English communication skills (Spanish is a plus)
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Comfortable with CRM or case management tools
Knowledge of legal terminology or personal injury law is a bonus
