Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Management, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years in recruitment, preferably in high-volume, operations, SaaS, or high-growth environments
Experience with HCM systems is a strong plus
Proven success in filling roles at scale
Proficient in HR databases, ATS, and CMS
Skilled in online sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, search engines)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Data-driven with reporting and analytics confidence
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build trust
