Job Opportunity: Scheduler (On-site Medellín, Camacol)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. (PST)
Location: Medellín Barranquilla - on-site role
Job Description: Were looking for a dynamic and organized Scheduler to join our growing team!
This person plays a vital role in managing the relationship between caregivers and clients, ensuring seamless coordination and top-tier home care services. Youll be responsible for assigning caregivers, managing referrals, updating schedules, and supporting payroll and administrative tasks. The role requires empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently assign caregivers to clients for optimal coverage.
Manage incoming referrals and service inquiries.
Coordinate caregiver schedules, verify timesheets, and support payroll processing.
Monitor phone systems and maintain accurate internal records.
Assist with recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and training support.
Answer client calls with warmth and professionalism.
Provide on-call support and perform additional office duties as needed.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service. (MUST/ if dont have the minimum require you will be not taking to the position)
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and phone-handling skills.
Basic computer and office software knowledge.
Familiarity with medical terminology (a plus).
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Functional English (reading, writing, and speaking).
