We only accept applications from candidates who are fluent in English and have at least 6 months of experience in bilingual customer service.
Hours: Monday to Sunday, availability from 10 AM to 12 AM. 40 HOURS PER WEEK with a 30-minute lunch break and 2 days off.
Transportation provided after 9 PM.
Location: Murano (Calle 40 sur 41-44) Envigado.
Hybrid mode (3 days home office + 2 days on-site, depending on performance).
Start date: October 17.
Remuneration: 3M + Performance bonuses up to 150 USD per week.
Required languages: English B2+
Job description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chats and calls in Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage chats and phone calls efficiently and professionally.
Provide assistance and resolve customer inquiries regarding their purchases and products.
Answer phone calls in Spanish and English, mainly regarding product status, account issues, system access, and the purchasing process.
Provide easy solutions, such as refunds and reshipments, for most issues.
Ensure a positive customer experience in all interactions.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and proper case tracking.
Work closely with the team to maintain a high level of service and meet objectives.

Requirements:
B2+ level of English.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service (CSR).
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to different situations efficiently.
Proactive attitude and ability to solve problems independently.
