We only accept applications from candidates who are fluent in English and have at least 6 months of experience in bilingual customer service.

Hybrid option available after training: 3 days from home, 2 in the office (subject to performance)
Medellin: Calle 40Sur 41-44
Barranquilla: Carrera 53 76 - 115
Required availability: Monday to Sunday, available between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. 2 days off.
Start date: Friday, October 17
Training: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (duration: 3 weeks, fully paid)

Minimum requirements:
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
Fluency in English (B2/C1)
Quick thinking, energy, positive attitude, and commitment
Excellent oral communication skills
Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and work in a team
Reliable attendance and consistent performance

Role responsibilities:
Answer to customer inquiries by phone and chat (product, service, orders, general support)
Maintain a professional tone and provide high-quality service
Accurately document interactions in internal databases
Collaborate with quality and training teams to improve performance
Meet performance metrics (KPIs), punctuality, and schedules
Adapt to changes between channels (voice, chat, email) as needed
