We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Logistics Representative to join our logistics team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in logistics and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will support daily operations by providing excellent service to clients and assisting with freight coordination.
Track and trace freight shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate updates.
Schedule and confirm appointments with shippers and receivers.
Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
Handle inbound phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues and provide shipment status update
Qualifications:
12 years of experience in customer service or logistics (entry-level candidates welcome).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with email, phone systems, and basic logistics software is a plus.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
