Are you excited to orchestrate HR Tech projects on a regional scale, transforming processes and improving the user experience across the Americas? At ALS, we are looking for a Workday Analyst – Americas who will report to our Global Director of Human Resources Systems and whose mission will be to collaborate with the global project team on the implementation of Workday in Latin America, the United States, and Canada.

· Join the ALS Americas regional team coordinating HR projects: Workday implementation, payroll system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements (data gathering, testing, site coordination, training, vendor management).

· Centralize, harmonize, and standardize processes while producing clear end-user documentation.

· Collaborate across HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations in a global, shared services environment.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree/Engineering (field open; experience weighs more).

· Languages: Advanced English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

· Tech & HR: Strong Excel; hands-on knowledge of Workday (preferred), SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM; payroll systems (e.g., ADP or others); experience in system testing and training is a plus.

· Key experience: Vendor management, working with global teams, internal-customer focus (shared services/help desk), and end-user documentation.

· Soft skills: Proactive consolidation/centralization mindset, remote collaboration, strong communication, and results orientation.

· 100% remote role with flexible schedule in the Americas time zones.

· High-impact regional projects in People Tech.
