Human Resources Generalist Junior – Kaplan International

What you’ll be doing
As our HR Generalist Junior, you’ll:
- Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees across different HR functions.
- Conduct interviews and support the entire onboarding process, including employee affiliations to social security entities.
- Manage HR administrative processes such as employee files, HRIS data integrity, reporting, and compliance.
- Support payroll and time reporting processes.
- Provide guidance to employees on policies, procedures, benefits, and other HR topics.
- Assist with performance management, compensation cycles, and employee relations.
- Support employee engagement by coordinating events and managing incentives (such flight tickets).
- Develop and update job descriptions for new and existing positions.
- Contribute to special projects and HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and company culture.

What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of HR-related experience.
- Hands-on experience conducting interviews, onboarding employees, and managing affiliations with social security entities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate events and employee engagement activities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- High level of discretion in handling confidential information.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration.
- Prior experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft.
