Proven experience in customer retention or sales
English proficiency at a B2 level
A customer-focused mindset and a results-driven attitude
Role Details:
8-hour shifts starting between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM
Two days off per week, Sunday is always off.
On-site position based in Barranquilla, Colombia
Base salary + no-cap commissions
