As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting internal and external customers through efficient problem resolution, digital/mobile support, and administrative coordination. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth processes, strong communication, and excellent customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
About the position:
Job Responsibilities will be:
-Support day-to-day activities of the Customer Care team.
-Respond to customer inquiries via ticket, chat, sms phone, digital platforms, and web entries.
-Assist in resolving issues from mobile/digital channels and third-party contact centers.
-Issue customer refunds, rewards, and digital offers as needed.
-Maintain and update customer care templates and documentation.
-Prepare and format communications using Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Maintain departmental files, records, and fulfillment inventory.
-Participate in team discussions, meetings, and cross-functional collaborations.
-Ensure all work aligns with brand standards and company policies.
Requirements and skills:
-BPO experience (+ 6 months)
-Experience with CRM platforms<
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
