Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) related to e-commerce functionalities, website features, and customer experience as relates to the TAS contact center system.
User Story Mapping: Create user stories, illustrate how agents will interact with customers and the TAS platform to resolve customer issues.
Functional Specification Creation: Develop functional specifications to articulate the layout, features, and functionalities of new features to be incorporated into the TAS platform.
Collaboration with Development & QA: Work closely with developers and quality assurance teams to ensure that the technical implementation aligns with business requirements. Participate in sprint planning, testing, and bug fixing.
