Total monthly salary: $3,047,400 COP
Base salary: $2,010,943
Transportation allowance: $200,000
Housing assistance: $366,454
Retention bonus: $200,000
Meal allowance: $150,000
Performance bonus (included in base): $120,000
Hiring bonus: $1,200,000 COP (paid in the third month)
100% paid training
Schedule: 40 hours/week within a 6:00 a.m. 12:00 a.m. operation window, with 2 days off
Door-to-door transportation for shifts ending after 10:00 p.m.
Permanent contract from day one
