Overview:

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Prepare and present business proposals and budgets to clients.
Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure goals are met.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the companys products or services and communicate this effectively to clients.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a customer service or collections advisor is desirable (not mandatory).
Fluency in both Spanish and English, spoken and written.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
