Join Our Team as a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor!

As a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor, youll be the voice of our company, connecting with clients, solving problems, and ensuring smooth and effective communication every day.

What Were Looking For:
English level B2 or higher.
High school diploma (11th grade certified).
18 years old or above.
Living in Barranquilla.
Must not have previous processes with Avanza, GSS, or Covisian.

What We Offer You:
Salary: $2,800,000 + average variable bonus $400,000 + full legal benefits.
Payments: Base salary monthly + commissions every 15 days.
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts (8:00 a.m. 8:00 p.m.).
Modality: 100% on-site in Barranquilla (Cra 49C 80-161, in front of Sura de Urgencias).
Contract: Direct with the company stability guaranteed.

Your Role:
Manage inbound and outbound calls.
Solve inquiries and provide accurate information.
Handle technical issues with professionalism and empathy.
Document interactions and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
