We are a multinational company in the healthcare sector with 23 years of experience in different countries in Latin America. We are accepting applications for the position of SALES REPRESENTATIVE CARIBE.

Mode: Remote work

Job summary: The main purpose of the Sales Representative position is to generate revenue and drive sales growth by actively prospecting and cquiring new customers, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients while following the company sales process.

Territories:
Panamá, Aruba, Barbados, Bermudas, Curazao, Ecuador, Guatemala, Puerto Rico, Trinidad y Tobago.

Objetives
1. The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying potential customers, making sales presentations, demonstrating product knowledge, and negotiating contracts or pricing agreements. They play a critical role in understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products or services, and closing sales to achieve sales targets.
2. Additionally, the Sales Representative builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries or concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. They also stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to effectively position and promote products or services.
3. Achieve sales objectives, increase market share, and contribute to the overall profitability of the organization. This involves effectively communicating the value proposition of products or services, conducting sales activities with a customer-centric approach, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Drive revenue growth by actively engaging with customers, identifying opportunities, and effectively closing sales. This is accomplished through strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and a results-oriented mindset focused on building long-term customer relationships.
5. Understand and adhere to the sales process in its entirety, including proper use of Netsuite. This includes creating leads correctly, following up on leads within 30 days, converting leads to prospects and converting prospects into customers. All communications with leads, prospects and customers, including Whatsapp chats, are saved to Netsuite.
6. Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the organization Quality Management System, ensuring that responsibilities are carried out in accordance with quality standards.

Candidate Profile:
a. Bachelor's degree in Administration, sales or health care field
b. Fluent Spanish and English.
c. Desire to work in a multinational company with a multicultural environment
d. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial field
e. 3 to 5 years of experience in the healthcare field
f. Excellent organization, communication and time management skills
g. High emotional intelligence, willingness to work in a matrix management environment.
h. Self motivated and customer oriented
