We are looking for Bilingual Chat & Email Support Agents (English B2 Conversational – Mandatory) to join our team in Bogotá. You will be part of the customer experience area of a leading global digital entertainment platform, providing support through chat and email only (no phone calls).

Schedule & Work Conditions
Training start date: October 8th, 2025 – Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (3 days) and 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (2 days) for one month, on site
Operations: 42 weekly hours, rotational shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Sunday to Sunday.
2 consecutive rest days (may rotate every 3 months).
