What will you do?
You will provide customer service in English for international campaigns, resolving inquiries, handling requests, and offering effective solutions.
Job Conditions
Workweek: 42 hours
Two days off per week
Rotating shifts, which may include:
Training +
6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Salary and Benefits
Base salary: $2,150,000 COP
Monthly performance bonuses: up to $500,000 COP
