Were looking for an experienced and organized independent contractor to provide recruiting administrative support. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish), and comfortable managing recruiting data, reports, and communication in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Independently review resumes and manage candidate pipelines
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Track, update, and maintain recruiting reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Automate and optimize reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or other programs
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and data presentation
Support the recruiting team in day-to-day recruitment operations
Requirements
Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including formulas, automation, and other reporting tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced recruiting environment
Interest or experience in AI tools and automation for recruiting processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Previous experience in recruiting or administrative support is a plus
