Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
Attend coaching and mentoring for the professional development of soft and technical skills that allows the attraction of suitable candidates for the company.
Create and manage talent pipelines for each requirement, ensuring the diversity and quality of candidates.
Support the recruitment process, present suitable candidates to specific accounts.
Provide insights into the labor market that can have an impact.
