Key Responsibilities
Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute digital campaigns
Translate client goals into actionable strategies
Prepare performance reports and deliver insights
Coordinate workflows and manage resources
Present proposals, budgets, and timelines
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
Requirements
3+ years in account management or digital marketing (non-negotiable)
Strong planning and forecasting skills
Excellent communication in English and Spanish
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels
Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
Client-focused with strong relationship-building skills
Basic data analysis and performance interpretation
