About Staffing Global
Staffing Global helps U.S. companies build world-class remote teams in Colombia. We’re expanding our Medellín office and looking for someone who can help us shape culture, ensure smooth operations, and support our growing local team.
About the Role
We’re looking for a capable, hands-on Office Manager / People & Operations Lead who loves bringing order, energy, and growth to a team. You’ll be our eyes, ears, and capable hands on the ground in Medellín—helping build a healthy, high-trust office where people can do their best work and then keeping it humming.
You’ll make sure details don’t fall through the cracks, help create an environment where people feel valued and connected, and use modern tools (including AI) to make our processes smoother and smarter. You’ll work closely with our leadership team and coordinate with our Colombian partners to ensure everything—from hiring to office logistics—runs with excellence.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate is resourceful and thoughtful, can balance following direction with taking initiative, and thrives on helping others succeed.
