Job Description: The Recruiter will be responsible for actively sourcing talent into the organization. This includes making outbound calls, sourcing candidates through web-based platforms, conducting phone interviews, scheduling, and supporting the Staffing Coordinator throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound recruiting calls to source, screen, and attract caregiver talent
Answer inbound inquiries and convert them into interviews
Interview, screen, and test applicants
Participate in recruiting events and job fairs
Maintain documentation of associate records in the system
Ensure complete and updated personnel files for caregiver associate
Skills & Qualifications:
Telemarketing experience preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience as a scheduler or recruiter
Healthcare administrative or recruiting experience is a plus
Strong inside sales ability to motivate and convert candidates
Familiarity with medical terminology
Experience in caregiving, CNA or PCA certification is a plus
