About the Role
Responsible for setting up billing rules for new customers in the system, deleting rules for unsubscribed customers, performing one-time billings, generating invoices, executing the prenote process, releasing payroll, importing invoices into Intacct, recording payments, managing NSF processes, credit applications, resolving customer inquiries, and performing collections in Namelys systems, Certipay, Vensure HCM and Namely HCM.
Key Responsibilities
Set up billing rules for new customers based on the service contract.
Update billing rules according to new contracts or addenda.
Carry out renovations.
Delete billing rules for unsubscribed customers.
Make one-time charges to customers based on requests from other departments.
Generate and send invoices to customers.
Request the automatic debit (ACH) for customers in billing from the treasury area.
Resolve cases in Client Space and tasks in the CertiPay Billing/Rec [A/R] queue.
Attend escalation channels.
Run the prenote process for new customers or bank updates.
Free up payrolls in the Funding and CPO systems.
Import invoices generated in CertiPay into Intacct.
Import ACH payments for CertiPay invoices into Intacct.
Record payments by check, ACH, wire transfer, and RW wire in Intacct.
Review the return report three times a day (and in the morning with the previous business day); if there are any, create a case in CS to recover the money.
Download the balance age report to manage collections.
Create cases in the collections module to inform the CRM and support team about overdue balances.
Resolve credit applications.
Follow up on the cases assigned in the collections module.
Create C2C packages.
Minimum Requirements:
Technical degree in accounting or equivalent experience in case you do not have a degree.
6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or related areas.
Knowledge of Power BI, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
English B2 - B2+.
