Customer Reactivation Manager at BairesDev

Were looking for a CRM and Marketing professional to support one of our key revenue areas: Customer Reactivations. We need someone whos data-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working on both strategy and execution in a B2B environment.

Our Reactivations team is an important growth area for the company, and were looking to expand its impact. In this role, youll have the opportunity to develop your strategy, use data to make decisions, and work with teams across Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics in a remote environment focused on results.

How youll drive growth:

- Help design and improve the user experience for dormant leads across reactivation efforts.
- Support existing campaigns and trigger flows to maximize re-engagement and revenue growth.
- Research and propose new channels and triggers to drive higher reactivation success.
- Stay current on trends and share insights to help the team improve.

What were looking for:

Core experience:

- Experience with CRM or Lifecycle Marketing.
- Background in Email Marketing, Demand Generation, or Growth Marketing.
- Leadership or team collaboration experience.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing and digital marketing concepts.
- Experience in B2B Marketing.
- Analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong English communication skills.

Additional Skills (nice to have):

- Experience with marketing analytics or automation.
- Background in the IT or technology services industry.
- Education in a quantitative field.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
