Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, profiling, evaluation, and onboarding of senior-level candidates.
Act as the main point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Create and implement strategies to enhance executive-level profiling and selection processes.
Maintain and update job descriptions to ensure clear role expectations and consistent candidate evaluation.
Monitor and resolve candidate process blocks or delays, offering actionable recommendations.
Ensure all candidates meet minimum role requirements and company standards.
Track and report hiring metrics and progress to Talent Acquisition Managers and other stakeholders.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Proactively assess and improve recruitment workflows and tools.
Collaborate effectively across internal teams and with external clients.
Fulfill additional recruitment-related tasks as assigned by leadership.
What Were Looking For:
Education:
High school diploma required.
Bachelors in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience recruiting Director-level and above roles.
Prior recruitment experience in U.S. and Canadian markets is essential.
Skills & Competencies:
C1-level English proficiency (verbal and written).
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking abilities.
Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
