Job Responsibilities:
Delivers Customer Service, Product Support, and Customer Training
Troubleshooting Technical issues in the company’s platform through calls.
Assist other Product Support teams by taking inbound calls, emails and chats.

Requirements:
Must be fluent in English (B2 or above)
High school diploma or equivalent required.
