Hey Barranquilla, we are looking for Bilingual IT Officers!
If you are a student in your last semesters of Engineering, Systems, or Computer Tech, or recently graduated with flexible schedules with the ability to work on Weekends and possess experience working as an IT Officer or similar this offer might be for you.
Job Duties:
Provide technical support to end users on IT services and/or technology platform services
Provide assistance through Communication channels
Compliance with service management indicators
Documentation of assigned cases
Movement and installation of equipment designed for the data center
Accompaniment to service providers such as carriers of TELCOs, Energy, and cooling devices.
Requirements:
Studies in Engineering, Systems, or Computer Tech, or recently graduated or related fields.
BPO/KPO experience is a plus
Can represent OfficePartners360 with the utmost professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy to sell the organization to prospective candidates.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written English
Must be flexible with shift schedules.
