What’s the role about?
As a Loan Processor (Procesador de préstamos), you’ll help organize and review the documents required for mortgage loans in the U.S. You won’t be the one approving the loans, but your work will be essential in making sure everything runs smoothly and correctly.
What we’re looking for:
- English level B2 or higher
- Strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- A curious, proactive mindset (We love fast learners!)
- No experience in finance required, but a genuine interest in finance or real estate is a big plus!
What you’ll do:
- Application Review: Review and verify loan application documents, including income, credit, and asset information.
- Documentation Verification: Validate applicant information with employers and financial institutions.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Identify potential risks or fraud.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with borrowers, loan officers, and other stakeholders.
- Data Entry: Input and update information into the loan origination system.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks and address inconsistencies to avoid delays.
- Closing and Funding: Coordinate the closing process, verify documents, and ensure correct loan funding.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized and secure records, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
Location: Medellín Colombia – On site near Poblado Station and Monterrey Mall
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and some holidays throughout the year.
