This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across global teams, solving complex technical challenges, and modernizing security environments.
Key Focus Areas:
Antivirus & Endpoint Protection
SIEM Operations (e.g., CRIBL, Skyler, Sentinel)
Network Security
Log collection and analysis
Policy & software deployment
Key Responsibilities:
Continuously improve and support endpoint security and monitoring tools
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot critical IT security components
Manage and optimize deployment policies and procedures
Lead technical problem resolution with a project-based approach
Provide expert support during high-priority incidents
Must-Have Experience:
510 years in IT Security, Infrastructure, or IT Operations
Strong knowledge of Endpoint Detection & Response, DNS Layer Security, SIEM/SOAR tools, and Secure Web Gateway Services
Experience managing endpoint protection tools (Admin or Product Owner role)
Hands-on technical background in enterprise environments
Experience in global or large-scale companies
Education & Skills:
BA/BS degree with 5+ years experience OR Associate degree with 6+ years
Strong technical communication & systems thinking
Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
