Job Title: Field Force Coordinator
About the Role:
Were looking for a highly organized and results-driven Field Force Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of sales promoters at the point of sale. Youll handle recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance monitoringensuring alignment with company policies and driving commercial impact.
Main Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and retain sales promoters nationwide.
Manage internal movements and exits following company procedures.
Ensure hiring aligns with corporate standards.
Develop and implement field strategies to boost commercial performance.
Track and improve promoter performance through regular training.
Monitor attrition and lead retention initiatives.
Requirements:
English level B2 or higher (spoken and written) non-negotiable.
2+ years of experience leading field or sales teams.
Background in sales, training, and people management.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in tools like Excel, CRM, or similar.
Hours: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Compensation:
Salary: $6,000,000 COP, distributed as follows: 55% salary, 15% KPI and 30% non-benefits divided into 2 benefits
