Job description: The Client Onboarding Specialist will play a crucial role in guiding new clients through the initial stages of their legal journey, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident. This position demands exceptional communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a proactive approach to addressing concerns and convincing potential clients throughout the onboarding process. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for maintaining consistent follow-up with prospective clients, making a minimum number of calls per day, and committing to the firms various performance targets.
Responsabilities:
* Client Assesment and follow up
* Conduct initial interviews to understand the clients needs and circumstances
*Seek potential clients through various channels to initiate consultations with the firm
* Ensure all client information is accurately entered into the firms case management system
* Convience the potential clients to start the process with the firm
* Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff to ensure that each new client is properly assigned and their case is handled efficiently from the outset
* Serve as an intermediary between clients and the legal team during the onboarding phase
Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:
* Bachelors degree in Communications, Business, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred)
* 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the legal industry or a similar high-stakes field.
* Understanding of personal injury and workers compensation law (preferred but not required)
* Strong communication skills
* Strong Sales experience
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously (inbound calls/outbound calls/emails)
*Proficiency in case management software, Microsoft Office, and client relationship management tools
