You will act as the first point of contact for families experiencing the loss of a pet. Your goal is to provide comforting guidance, collect necessary information, and help schedule services, all while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly with empathy and professionalism
Provide basic information about pet aftercare services (euthanasia, private and communal cremation)
Schedule appointments and coordinate logistics
Securely collect payment information when required
Enter case information accurately into online systems
Follow provided scripts and service guidelines
Requirements:
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to handle emotional conversations with care and tact
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Basic computer skills and comfort with web-based platforms
Customer service or call center experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
