About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Legal Assistant to join our legal team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth intake process for new clients, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting Spanish-speaking clients throughout their legal journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, text, and social media.
Manage client intake, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and entered into the system accurately.
Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments with attorneys and paralegals.
Ensure scheduling and case management are aligned with internal workflows.
Provide information and support to clients regarding services and processes.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely communication and case progression.
Assist with Spanish-English translation and communication for Spanish-speaking clients.
Monitor and respond to leads from social media and LinkedIn.
Maintain organized records and update client information in MyCase.
Qualifications:
12 years of experience in customer service (hospitality is preferred), administrative support, or legal administration experience.
Experience with MyCase or similar legal case management software is a plus.
Comfortable using LinkedIn, social media platforms, and digital communication tools.
Bilingual (Spanish-English) is required.
