Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM EST
Languages: Bilingual Advanced English & Spanish (C1 level required)

Join us as a Lead Generation Manager and take charge of driving demand generation and business growth through high-impact campaigns. Youll lead a talented team of Digital Traffickers and collaborate closely with leadership to shape the future of our digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute demand generation strategies using paid media, SEO, and content marketing.
Lead and mentor the Trafficker team to ensure campaign excellence.
Align marketing strategies with business goals in collaboration with leadership.
Develop testing plans to optimize performance.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage client relationships and uncover new business prospects.
Requirements
5+ years in digital marketing focused on demand generation (non-negotiable)
Proven leadership experience managing teams and campaigns
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset
