Were Hiring: Junior Accountant
Were looking for a detail-oriented and driven Junior Accountant to join our team in Colombia. Youll play a key role in supporting daily fund reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and timely distribution payments.
Location options: Medellín, Bogotá, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga
What youll do:
Reconcile daily distributions and redemption payments
Investigate fund settlement discrepancies and overdue payments
Generate transfers, personal distributions, and retirement plan loans
Support reconciliation between internal systems, NetSuite, and IRS records
Prepare reports on outstanding checks and assist in fund recovery
What were looking for:
13 years of experience in accounting or corporate finance
Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, and Word
Clear written and verbal communication in English (B2+)
Experience with NetSuite or QuickBooks is a plus
