Job Opening: GTM (Go-To-Market) Analyst
Locations: Medellín, Bogotá, or remote (with access to offices in Bogotá Rosales 72 & Murano Envigado)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
About the Role
opportunity to align Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, and Revenue Operations through actionable insights, smart campaign planning, and high-performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Intelligence: Identify whitespace and growth gaps through lead velocity and submission analysis
Campaign Targeting: Collaborate with Marketing to refine audience targeting and outreach priorities
Reporting & Analytics: Manage Impression-to-Order reporting and optimize pipeline visibility
Lead Routing & Submission Scoring: Maximize lead conversion through intelligent routing and predictive submission analysis
Platform Execution: Support Salesforce, Hubspot, and other sales enablement tools (e.g., 6sense, Outreach, UserGems)
Broker Enablement: Monitor broker engagement and satisfaction to strengthen distribution channels
Who Were Looking For
35 years in GTM, BI, RevOps, or similar analytics roles
Expert in SQL, Power BI, and Excel
Strong storytelling and presentation skills
Familiarity with insurance industry dynamics and broker-driven models
Proactive, tech-savvy, and able to collaborate in a matrixed organization
